... Ditch Sugar Week ...

Well, for a long time i was planning to detox my body. As i am a little bit sweet tooth, it was really hard for me to do that. And on top of that i have very very sweet tooth 4 year old kid as well whose cupboard is almost full with chocolates and biscuits. So whenever he asked something i too joined with him, like i used to munch 2-3 oreos with him, sip some juice from his pouch. And guess what, after having 1 year old baby, i again started to look like a pregnant lady. 

One day all of a sudden I saw Shilpa Shetty doing #ditchsugarchallange for 3 weeks. And then I decided, I will also do this at least start with the 1 day challenge. And continue accordingly. So its just day 2 today. I am proud that i have done it for 1 day. LOL :) So this is a breakfast i had yesterday. 


This plate contains:
  •  3 scrambled eggs on very little oil
  •  4 cherry tomato 
  • 1 avocado
