Ditch Sugar Week : Day 2

Well its day 2 today. Don't want to talk much and straightly showing you up what breakfast i eat today.

Here it is rolled oats with scramble eggs.


And this is how we make it.

Heat the pan with very little oil. Add a bit chopped onion and 2 eggs.

After that add some crushed chillies, turmeric, pinch of salt and black pepper.

Toss everything together.

Then add small cup of rolled oats.


And lastely add some lemon.
Taah Daah
And its all ready.
